Our Roots
Broker/Owner Kelsey Legate was born and raised in Odessa and knows firsthand the rural lifestyle this community offers to those looking to call it home. Between running the brokerage and momming in the middle of it all, she brings a real, lived-in perspective to every client relationship - she's not just selling houses, she's helping people find their place in small town life. She opened Local Living Real Estate in 2021 and relocated the brokerage to its current storefront at 128 S 2nd Street at the start of 2023 - a beautifully restored and renovated space in the old Hereford's Store.
